Common use of Employment Plan Clause in Contracts

Employment Plan. 1. The employer has an obligation to inform a senior salaried employee of the right to have an employment plan and to increased rates of unemployment benefits. 2. The employer shall, at the request of the senior salaried employ- ee, provide the employment authorities with information about the employee’s education, work experience and work duties for an em- ployment plan. 3. The senior salaried employee and the employer may agree separate- ly that the employer will contribute to the drafting of the employ- ment plan.
