Employment Position and Duties. You shall be employed in the position of VP, Finance of the Company. You shall report to the President & Chief Executive Officer (“President & CEO”). You shall faithfully and diligently perform such duties, as set forth by the President & CEO, and exercise such powers as are consistent with your position as a VP, Finance. You shall devote substantially all of your business time, attention and skill to your duties to the Company and shall not engage in, participate in, render any service to, or undertake any employment, corporate directorships, or industry committee positions, either directly or indirectly, with respect to any other business or for any other entity, without the prior written consent of the Company.
