Common use of Employment Position and Duties Clause in Contracts

Employment Position and Duties. The Company shall employ the Executive, and the Executive hereby agrees to serve the Company, as its Vice President — Business Development and Strategy, and the Executive shall have such responsibilities, duties and authority as are customarily associated with such office. The Executive also hereby agrees to serve as an officer of such of the Company’s subsidiaries (if any) as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer shall reasonably request.
