Employment Recommendation Sample Clauses
An Employment Recommendation clause outlines the employer's obligation or willingness to provide a reference or recommendation for the employee upon the end of their employment. Typically, this clause specifies the form the recommendation will take, such as a written letter or a verbal reference, and may set limits on the content or scope of the recommendation. Its core function is to support the employee's future job prospects by ensuring they receive a formal acknowledgment of their work performance, thereby helping to facilitate their transition to new employment.
Employment Recommendation. By the end of the fall semester the ITRC is required to submit its employment recommendation, along with copies of all evaluation forms and appropriate substantiating documents to the appropriate Vice President. The recommendation shall be based upon majority vote of the committee. The committee member in the minority, may, if they choose, submit a letter of objection with supporting documentation.
Employment Recommendation. All teachers shall receive written notice from their evaluators by April 15 of each year indicating the evaluator’s employment recommendation. This notice shall indicate one of the following three recommendations.
A. Recommended for continued employment.
B. Recommended for continued employment with qualifications. A plan of Assistance must be attached.
C. Not recommended for continued employment. All previous Plans of Assistance must be attached.
