In addition, the Residential Unit must be occupied by a student or staff member of a school or other organization involved in instruction, education, training, and/or religious activity, in accordance with the Teton County Land Development Regulations, as amended from time to time. Applicants who are not currently employed full-time may be eligible, on a case-by-case basis, subject to the written approval of Lessee, which may be withheld in its sole and absolute discretion. Applicants must submit any documentation or affidavit required by Lessee to confirm compliance with the Institutional Residential Use.
