Transfer of Property upon Waiver of First Option Right; Additional Thirty Day Priority Period for Employees of Lessor. If the First Option Right with respect to the Residential Unit is not exercised or has otherwise expired, CLT will thereafter move forward to select a Qualified Buyer in accordance with CLT procedures, as CLT may determine and in accordance with the Guidelines. Employees of Lessor shall have priority over Income Eligible Buyers for at least a thirty (30) day period after the First Option Right has expired. The sale of the Residential Unit shall be completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Lease and the Guidelines adopted by CLT as amended from time to time, which procedures may include, without limitation: the payment of the Transfer Fee by such Owner to CLT for such facilitation, the amount of which shall be designated in the Guidelines not to exceed 1% of the Maximum Resale Price; and standard terms for the sales contract.

Transfer of Property upon Waiver of First Option Right; Additional Thirty Day Priority Period for Employees of Lessor. If the First Option Right with respect to the Residential Unit is not exercised or has otherwise expired, Lessee will thereafter move forward to select a Qualified Buyer to purchase the Residential Unit for no more than the maximum purchase price approved by the Trustees, in accordance with Lessee procedures, as Lessee may determine and in accordance with the Guidelines. Employees of Lessor shall have priority over Income Eligible Buyers for at least a thirty (30) day period after the First Option Right has expired. The sale of the Residential Unit shall be completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Lease and the CLT Guidelines adopted by Lessee as amended from time to time, which procedures may include, without limitation, the standard terms for the sales contract. A “Qualified Buyer” shall mean natural persons that meet the requirements of either an Employee of Lessor as defined below, or an Income Eligible Buyer as defined below and determined by Xxxxxx, in its sole discretion, as follows:

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. In the event that Registry Operator does not consent to provide such data, any registry data related to the TLD shall be returned to Registry Operator, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. Registry Operator agrees that ICANN may make any changes it deems necessary to the IANA database for DNS and WHOIS records with respect to the TLD in the event of a transition of the TLD pursuant to this Section 4.5. In addition, ICANN or its designee shall retain and may enforce its rights under the Continued Operations Instrument, regardless of the reason for termination or expiration of this Agreement.”]

  • Requirements Pertaining Only to Federal Grants and Subrecipient Agreements If this Agreement is a grant that is funded in whole or in part by Federal funds:

  • Automatic Renewal Limitation for TIPS Sales No TIPS Sale may incorporate an automatic renewal clause that exceeds month to month terms with which the TIPS Member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated into a TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement shall only be valid and enforceable when Vendor received written confirmation of acceptance of the renewal term from the TIPS Member for the specific renewal term. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing an “Automatic Renewal” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.
