Employment, Services and Duties. The Company hereby employs Employee as Treasurer, or such title designation as the Company, acting through the Company's Chief Executive Officer (the "CEO") may from time to time direct. Employee shall report to and be supervised by the CEO or such other person as the CEO may designate (the "Supervisor") and shall have such duties and responsibilities as the Supervisor may designate.
