Accounting and Financial Records. GRANTEE shall establish and maintain at all times, on a current basis in connection with the provision of Program, an adequate accounting system in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and standards and acceptable to DIRECTOR covering all revenues, costs, and expenditures with respect to XXXXXXX’s performance under this AGREEMENT.

Accounting and Financial Records. Business Manager shall -------------------------------- establish and administer adequate accounting procedures, controls and systems for the development, preparation and safekeeping of administrative and financial records in connection with the performance of its duties and responsibilities hereunder, all of which shall be prepared and maintained in accordance with GAAP and applicable laws and regulations. Business Manager shall provide Practice with the following:
Accounting and Financial Records. GRANTEE shall establish and maintain at all times, on a current basis in connection with the provision of Grant Services, an adequate accounting system in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and standards and acceptable to Director covering all revenues, costs, and expenditures with respect to XXXXXXX’s performance under this AGREEMENT. GRANTEE shall maintain its accounting system and shall provide CITY with reports that separate costs and expenses incurred by GRANTEE with CITY funds as distinguished from costs and expenses paid for from other funding sources.
Accounting and Financial Records. Business Manager shall establish and administer accounting procedures, controls, and systems for the development, preparation, and safekeeping of administrative or financial records and books of account relating to the business and financial affairs of the Practice and the provision of Professional Eye Care Services, all of which shall be prepared and maintained in accordance with GAAP. Business Manager shall prepare and deliver to the Practice (i) within sixty (60) days of the end of each of the first three (3) fiscal quarters in each fiscal year, and (ii) within one hundred twenty (120) days of the end of each fiscal year, a balance sheet and a profit and loss statement reflecting the financial status of the Practice in regard to the provision of Professional Eye Care Services as of the end of such period, all of which shall be prepared in accordance with GAAP consistently applied. In addition, Business Manager shall prepare or assist in the preparation of any other financial statements or records as the Practice may reasonably request.
