Common use of Employment Services Clause in Contracts

Employment Services. (a) Employee is hereby employed by Company, and Employee hereby accepts such employment, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. Employee shall serve as Chief Operations Officer throughout the Employment Period, and agrees to do so on a full-time basis. Employee shall carry out such duties as are assigned to him by Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Employee shall serve as Chief Operations Officer Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary throughout the Employment Period, and agrees to do so on a full-time basis. Employee shall carry out such duties as are assigned to him by Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
