Common use of Employment Term Clause in Contracts

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Term."

Employment Term. (a) The term of the Executive's ’s employment under pursuant to this Agreement (the “Employment Term”) shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending shall end on December 31, 2003, unless the date on which Employment Term terminates earlier pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement. The Employment Term may be extended by mutual agreement of the term Company and the Executive; provided, that the Company shall give the Executive at least 60 days’ notice prior to December 31, 2003 if it does not intend to seek an extension of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Term."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periodsthree (3) years, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date Date, and ending on the two (2) years thereafter or such later date on to which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate have been extended by written mutual agreement is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Term."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") Date and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive onethat date which is twenty-year periods, unless sooner terminated four (i24) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of months after the Effective Date and ending on (the date on which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "“Employment Term”), unless earlier terminated by either the Executive or the Company."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof January 1, 2003 (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periodsthe third (3rd) anniversary of the Effective Date, unless sooner earlier terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 3 or Section 4 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the third (3rd) anniversary of the Effective Date, or such later date on to which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate have been extended is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Term."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under hereunder will commence on the Effective Date and will continue for a period of one year following the Effective Date, unless terminated by either party pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall commence as (such period and any extensions thereof, the “Employment Period”). The term of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter Employment Period hereunder will automatically renew for a successive one-year periodsterm, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party giving written notice to the other not less than 60 30 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as the end of the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the then-current term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to or as the "Employment Termotherwise set forth in this Agreement."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's ’s employment under hereunder will commence on the Effective Date and will continue for a period of three years following the Effective Date, unless terminated by either Party pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall commence as (such period and any extensions thereof, the “Employment Period”). The term of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter Employment Period hereunder will automatically renew for successive one-year periodsterms, unless sooner terminated (i) by either Party giving written notice given by either party to the other not less than 60 30 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as the end of the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the then- current term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to or as the "Employment Termotherwise set forth in this Agreement."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under hereunder will commence on the Effective Date and will continue for a period of three years following the Effective Date, unless and until terminated by either party pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof (such period and any extensions thereof, the "Effective DateEmployment Period") and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter ). The term of Executive's employment hereunder will automatically renew for successive one-year periodsterms, unless sooner and until terminated (i) by written notice given by either party giving written notice to the other not less than 60 30 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as the end of the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the then-current term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to or as the "Employment Termotherwise set forth in this Agreement."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence as of on the date hereof (the "“Effective Date"”) and shall continue until February 28November , 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods2015, unless sooner earlier terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "4 hereof (“Employment Term”)."

Employment Term. The term of the Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof August 1, 2005 (the "“Effective Date"”) and shall continue until February 28December 31, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods2010, unless sooner earlier terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 4 or Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the December 31, 2010, or such later date on to which the term of the Executive's ’s employment under the Agreement shall terminate have been extended is hereinafter referred to as the "“Employment Term."”

Employment Term. (a) The term of the Executive's employment under pursuant to this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective DateEmployment Term") and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing commence as of the Effective Date and ending shall end on June 30, 2005, unless the date on which Employment Term terminates earlier pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement. The Employment Term may be extended by mutual agreement of the term Company and the Executive; provided, that the Company shall give the Executive at least 60 days' notice prior to June 30, 2005 if it does not intend to seek an extension of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Term."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under this --------------- Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28September 30, 20031999; provided, however, that on and thereafter for successive one-year periodsafter October 1, unless sooner 1997, the Agreement shall automatically renew with the term of the Agreement always being at least two years. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive's employment and this Agreement may be terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of on the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Term."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periodsthree (3) years, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date Date, and ending on the three (3) years thereafter or such later date on to which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate have been extended by written mutual agreement is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Term."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence as of on the date hereof (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until expire on February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods, unless sooner terminated 2001 (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Term"); it being understood, however, that to the extent Executive's employment is terminated pursuant to Section 6, the Employment Term shall cease. This Agreement shall automatically extend for successive one year periods unless either party provides written notice of its intent not to renew no later than ninety days prior to the expiration of the then current term."

Employment Term. The term of the Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof January 1, 2011 (the "“Effective Date"”) and shall continue until February 28December 31, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods2013, unless sooner earlier terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 4 or Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the December 31, 2013, or such later date on to which the term of the Executive's ’s employment under the Agreement shall terminate have been extended is hereinafter referred to as the "“Employment Term."”

Employment Term. The term of the Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof January 1, 2017 (the "“Effective Date"”) and shall continue until February 28December 31, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods2019, unless sooner earlier terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 4 or Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the hereof (such period, or until such later date on to which the term of the Executive's ’s employment under the Agreement shall terminate have been extended, is hereinafter referred to as the "“Employment Term”)."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's the employment of Executive under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective DateEmployment Term") shall commence on May 7, 2001 and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periodscontinue, unless sooner terminated under Section 7 hereof, until May 7, 2003. This Agreement shall be automatically extended by one year on May 7, 2002 and on each May 7th thereafter (i) by the "Renewal Date"), unless written notice of nonrenewal is given by either Executive or the Company to the other party not less than 60 hereto at least 90 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment TermRenewal Date."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement (the “Employment Term”) shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on shall continue until September 15, 2005 (unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement) or extended in accordance with the date on which following sentence. The Employment Term shall automatically be extended for successive one-year terms, subject to the term termination provisions hereof, unless either party notifies the other, in writing, at least one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to the end of Executive's employment under the then current Employment Term that the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Termbe terminated."

Employment Term. The Executive's term of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence as of be for the date hereof period commencing on March 16, 2005 (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28ending on March 31, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 282008, or (ii) such earlier date as of which Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with Section 5 hereof6 hereof (said period the "Term"). The period commencing as of covenants set forth in Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 shall survive the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the employment term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Termthis Agreement."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28July 31, 20032002, and thereafter for successive one-year periods, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28July 31, 2003 2002 or any subsequent February 28July 31, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 or Section 6 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "`Employment Term.' "

Employment Term. The term of Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") Date and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods, unless sooner terminated that date which is twenty four (i24) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of months after the Effective Date and ending on (the date on which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "“Employment Term”), unless earlier terminated by either the Executive or the Company."

Employment Term. (a) The term of the Executive's employment under pursuant to this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective DateEmployment Term") and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing commence as of the Effective Date and ending shall end on April 30, 2009, unless the date on which Employment Term terminates earlier pursuant to Section 7 of this Agreement. The Employment Term may be extended by mutual agreement of the term Company and the Executive; provided, that the Company shall give the Executive at least 60 days' notice prior to April 30, 2009 if it does not intend to seek an extension of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Term."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28for three (3) years, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periodssubject to the Company receiving at least $100,000 of funding in September 2002, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date Date, and ending on the three (3) years thereafter or such later date on to which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate have been extended by written mutual agreement is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Term."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof on August 1, 1998 (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28July 31, 20032000, and may be extended for such period or periods thereafter for successive one-year periodsas the Company and Executive may agree, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 or Section 6 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Term."

Employment Term. The term of the Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof January 1, 2020 (the "“Effective Date"”) and shall continue until February 28December 31, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods2022, unless sooner earlier terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 4 or Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the hereof (such period, or until such later date on to which the term of the Executive's ’s employment under the Agreement shall terminate have been extended, is hereinafter referred to as the "“Employment Term”)."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's the employment of Executive under this Agreement (the "Employment Term") shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periodscontinue, unless sooner terminated under Section 7 hereof, until July 3rd, 2005. At the end of each day of the Employment Term, this Agreement shall be automatically extended for one (i1) by day unless either the Company or the Executive shall have given written notice given by either party not less than 60 to the other at least thirty (30) days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of thereto that the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement Employment Term shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Termnot be so extended."

Employment Term. The term of the Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof January 1, 2014 (the "“Effective Date"”) and shall continue until February 28December 31, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods2016, unless sooner earlier terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 4 or Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the December 31, 2016, or such later date on to which the term of the Executive's ’s employment under the Agreement shall terminate have been extended is hereinafter referred to as the "“Employment Term."”

Employment Term. The term of the Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") Date and shall continue until February 28December 31, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods2014, unless sooner earlier terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 4 or Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the December 31, 2014, or such later date on to which the term of the Executive's ’s employment under the Agreement shall terminate have been extended is hereinafter referred to as the "“Employment Term."”

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof March 1, 2006 (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periodsbe automatically renewed on each anniversary of the Effective Date, unless sooner earlier terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 3 or Section 4 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the such later date on to which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate have been extended is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Term."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28July 31, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods2002, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 or Section 6 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Term."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof (the "“Effective Date"”) and shall continue until February 28, 20032009; provided, however, that on and thereafter for successive one-year periodsafter March 1, unless sooner 2007, the Agreement shall automatically renew with the term of the Agreement always being at least two years. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive’s employment and this Agreement may be terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of on the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the term of Executive's ’s employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "“Employment Term."”

Employment Term. The term of Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall commence commenced as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") March 7, 2005 and shall continue until February 28and through September 6, 20032005 (the “Initial Term”), and thereafter unless earlier terminated in accordance herewith. Upon the expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year six (6) month periods, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the date on in which the term of Executive's employment under the this Agreement shall terminate expires or is terminated in accordance herewith is hereinafter referred to as the "“Employment Term."”

Employment Term. The term of Executive's the employment of Executive under this Agreement (the "Employment Term") shall commence as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date") and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periodscontinue, unless sooner terminated under Section 7 hereof, until September 30th, 2003. At the end of each day of the Employment Term, this Agreement shall be automatically extended for one (i1) by day unless either the Company or the Executive shall have given written notice given by either party not less than 60 to the other at least thirty (30) days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as of thereto that the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement Employment Term shall terminate is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Termnot be so extended."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under hereunder will commence on the Effective Date and will continue for a period of three years following the Effective Date, unless and until terminated by either party pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall commence as (such period and any extensions thereof, the “Employment Period”). The period commencing as the end of the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the then-current term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to or as the "Employment Termotherwise set forth in this Agreement."

Employment Term. The term of Executive's employment under this Agreement shall hereunder will commence as of the date hereof on July 1, 2015 (the "“Effective Date"”) and shall will continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periodsa period of three years following the Effective Date, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party pursuant to the terms of this Agreement (such period and any extensions thereof, the “Employment Period”). The term of the Employment Period hereunder will automatically renew for successive three-year terms, unless terminated by either party giving written notice to the other not less than 60 30 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as the end of the Effective Date and ending on the date on which the then-current term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to or as the "Employment Termotherwise set forth in this Agreement."

Employment Term. The term of the Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement shall commence as of the date hereof on March 17, 2008 (the "Effective “Commencement Date"”) and shall continue until February 28, 2003, and thereafter for successive one-year periods, unless sooner terminated (i) by written notice given by either party not less than 60 days prior to February 28, 2003 or any subsequent February 28, or (ii) in accordance with under Section 5 hereof. The period commencing as through the later of the Effective Date and ending on third anniversary thereof or the date on which the term Company announces its fiscal year 2010-2011 earnings (the “Term”). Upon the expiration of the Term, the Executive's ’s employment under shall automatically terminate without further obligation of the Agreement shall terminate is hereinafter referred to Parties, other than Executive’s continued compliance with the Policy (as the "Employment Termdefined in Section 10)."

Employment Term. The period commencing as of the Effective Date and ending on the third (3rd) anniversary of the Effective Date, or such later date on to which the term of Executive's employment under the Agreement shall terminate have been extended is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Term."
