Common use of Employment Title and Duties Clause in Contracts

Employment Title and Duties. Employer shall employ Employee in the capacity of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, Employee shall have the responsibility to perform all duties that are customarily performed by one holding that position in other, same, or similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by Employer. A diagram of Employee’s functional responsibility is attached as Exhibit A. Employer reserves the right to modify Exhibit A as necessary or appropriate throughout the life of this Agreement. Employee accepts this employment, subject to the general supervision and pursuant to the orders and direction of Employer. Employee shall also render such other and services and duties, consistent with such capacity, as may be assigned from time to time by Employer.

In this capacity, Employee shall have the responsibility to perform all duties that are customarily performed by one holding that position in other, same, or similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by Employer.
