Common use of Employment with Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Employment with Subsidiaries. Employment with SHI for purposes of this Agreement shall include (a) in the period prior to the Effective Time, employment with the Company or any corporation or other entity in which the Company has a direct or indirect ownership interest of 50% or more of the total combined voting power of the then outstanding securities of such corporation or other entity entitled to vote generally in the election of directors and (b) in the period at or after the Effective Time, employment with Regis or any corporation or other entity in which Regis has a direct or indirect ownership interest of 50% or more of the total combined voting power of the then outstanding securities of such corporation or other entity entitled to vote generally in the election of directors.

Employment with Subsidiaries. Employment with SHI for purposes of this Agreement shall include (a) in the period prior to the Effective Time, employment with the Company Company, SHI or any corporation or other entity in which the Company or SHI has a direct or indirect ownership interest of 50% or more of the total combined voting power of the then outstanding securities of such corporation or other entity entitled to vote generally in the election of directors and (b) in the period at or after the Effective Time, employment with Regis SHI, New Xxxxx or any corporation or other entity in which Regis New Xxxxx has a direct or indirect ownership interest of 50% or more of the total combined voting power of the then outstanding securities of such corporation or other entity entitled to vote generally in the election of directors.
