ENABLING CLAUSE. 9.01 The terms and conditions of this collective Agreement may be changed or amended by written Agreement between the Employer Bargaining Agency and the Union. 9.02 Any changes or amendments agreed to by the Employer Bargaining Agency and the Union shall not be effective unless and until such change or amendment has been reduced in writing and executed by all parties hereto.
