ENABLING CLAUSE. 15.01 It is recognized that from time to time certain terms and conditions of employment for Ironworkers may require alteration from those contained in this Collective Agreement in order to enable the Contractor to obtain certain work or execute certain work in a manner that is deemed to be prudent. 15.02 Any modification to terms and conditions of employment from those contained in this Collective Agreement will require mutual agreement of the Joint Conference Committee (J.C.C.). 15.03 Where this Committee cannot achieve mutual agreement then it is agreed that the request to modify terms and conditions of employment will not be subject to resolution through the grievance and arbitration process.
