Encrypted Recordings. Genesys encrypts call recordings and chat sessions. Customer may elect to implement Local Key Encryption and maintain Customer’s own keys for voice and screen recordings. To the extent required by applicable law or Customer’s policies, Customer is responsible for the content of recordings and ensuring PCI Sensitive Authentication Data is not recorded, using applicable security features or other tools made available by Genesys.
