Encryption Mechanisms. Controls to ensure the use of encryption mechanisms, preventing unauthorized disclosure of information, will be used by WFS to satisfy data protection requirements. Such controls will ensure data is protected while being transmitted and at rest unless protected by alternative physical measures.

  • Mechanisms The Parties agree that their political dialogue shall be conducted:

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard.
