Mechanisms. The Parties agree that their political dialogue shall be conducted:
(a) where appropriate and agreed by both Parties, at Head of State and Government level;
(b) at ministerial level, in particular in the framework of the Ministerial Meeting of the San Xxxx Dialogue;
(c) at senior official level;
(d) at working level; and shall make maximum use of diplomatic channels.
Mechanisms established for the purpose of 'Management of Change' will allow input and recommendations to be made to the employer, who will consider these recommendations and will endeavour to take the views of their employees into account as far as possible before making final decisions.
Mechanisms. The parties agree to the following to carry out this Section.
a. Strategic Labor Management Committee
(1) Appointment and Composition A Joint Strategic Labor Management Committee (Strategic Committee) shall be established consisting of for the Company: the Chief Executive Officer, Vice President of Labor Relations and one
(1) additional designee and for the Union: the Chair of the Union’s Negotiating Committee, the Secretary of the Union’s Negotiating Committee and one (1) additional designee. Each side shall designate a Co-Chair and provide the other with an updated list of its members of the Committee.
Mechanisms. 1. The Parties agree that their political dialogue shall take the form of:
(a) regular meetings between Heads of State and Government;
(b) periodic meetings between Foreign Ministers;
(c) meetings between other Ministers to discuss matters of common interest in cases in which the Parties consider that such meetings will result in closer relations;
(d) annual meetings between senior officials of both Parties.
2. The Parties shall decide on the procedures to be used for the above mentioned meetings.
3. The periodic meetings of Foreign Ministers referred to under paragraph 1(b) shall take place either within the Association Council established by Article 3 of this Agreement, or on other agreed occasions of an equivalent level.
4. The Parties will also make maximum use of diplomatic channels.
Mechanisms. The Parties agree to the following to carry out this Section.
a. Strategic Labor Management Committee
(1) Appointment and Composition A Joint Strategic Labor Management Committee (Strategic Committee) shall be established consisting of for the Company: the Chief Executive Officer, Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer and the highest ranking official at each of the Company’s facilities, and for the Union: the Chair of the Union’s Negotiating Committee, the Secretary of the Union’s Negotiating Committee, the District Director where each facility is located and the Local Union President(s) and Unit Chair(s) at each of the Company’s facilities. Each side shall designate a Chair and provide the other with an updated list of its members of the Committee.

Mechanisms to identify or detect under-utilization and over-utilization of services; and
Mechanisms for EFT payment. The Government may make payment by EFT through either the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network, subject to the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association, or the Fedwire Transfer System. The rules governing Federal payments through the ACH are contained in 31 CFR part 210.
Mechanisms should be created to encourage openness, acceptance and support for those employers and employees who voluntarily disclose their HIV status within the workplace, including:
(i) encouraging persons openly living with HIV or AIDS to conduct or participate in education, prevention and awareness programs;
(ii) encouraging the development of support groups for employees living with HIV or AIDS;
(iii) ensuring that persons who are open about their HIV or AIDS status are not unfairly discriminated against or stigmatised.
Mechanisms for participatory planning, monitoring and evaluation on the progress of the country programme involving civil society and other development partners will be implemented. The Government is also committed to organize periodic programme review, planning and joint strategy meetings and where appropriate, coordination of sectoral and thematic development partners groups to facilitate the participation of donors, civil society, private sector and UN agencies. In addition, the Government will facilitate periodic monitoring visits by UNDP staff and/or designated officials for the purpose of monitoring, meeting beneficiaries, assessing the progress and evaluating the impact of the use of programme resources. The Government will make available to UNDP in a timely manner any information about policy and legislative changes occurring during the implementation of the CPAP that might have an impact in co-operation.
