  • Additional Customer Terms If any additional ordinance, rule, or other local governmental authority requires additional contract language before a Customer can make a purchase under this Contract, the Customer is responsible for entering a separate agreement with the Contractor and incorporating the additional contract language therein.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice.   • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Deliverables for an Authorized User Agreement (Transaction Deliverables must be identified, as a measure of progress in the Authorized User Agreement. A Deliverable as a bulk number of hours is not permissible under the OGS Centralized Contract.
