End of Reinvestment Period. Not later than the Business Day immediately preceding the end of the Reinvestment Period, the Collateral Manager shall deliver to the Trustee a schedule of Collateral Obligations purchased by the Issuer with respect to which purchases the trade date has occurred but the settlement date has not yet occurred and shall certify to the Trustee that sufficient Principal Proceeds are available (including for this purpose, cash on deposit in the Collection Account representing Principal Proceeds as well as any Principal Proceeds that will be received by the Issuer from the sale of Collateral Obligations for which the trade date has already occurred but the settlement date has not yet occurred) to effect the settlement of such Collateral Obligations. With respect to the purchase of any Collateral Obligation the settlement date for which the Collateral Manager reasonably expects will occur after the end of the Reinvestment Period, to the extent such Collateral Obligation would be purchased using Principal Proceeds consisting of scheduled distributions of principal, only that portion of such Principal Proceeds that the Collateral Manager reasonably expects will be received prior to the end of the Reinvestment Period may be used to effect such purchase and such Collateral Obligation will be treated as having been purchased by the Issuer prior to the end of the Reinvestment Period for purposes of the Eligibility Criteria.
