The academic administrator responsible for the Emeritus College notifies the faculty member in writing of the evaluation and that the Evaluatee needs to submit three candidates for the Evaluator. The academic administrator responsible for the Emeritus College will provide for the Evaluatee a copy of this evaluation article with all the related forms.
