Common use of End User Schedule Term Clause in Contracts

End User Schedule Term. When You purchase Services and/or Voice Services from Intermedia for resale to an End User, a Schedule will be created specific to such purchase, setting forth the contract term and other terms and conditions with respect to such purchase.
