Monthly Plan. For a Monthly Plan, You may terminate any Schedule for any reason by following the termination procedure located within the Account section of the administrative control panel prior to the beginning of any Schedule Renewal Term. If You terminate a Monthly Plan prior to the end of the then- current Schedule Term, Company will not be required to refund to You any fees already paid, unless otherwise set forth in the applicable Schedule.

If You terminate a Monthly Plan prior to the end of the then-current Schedule Initial Term or Schedule Renewal Term (as applicable, the “Term”), Intermedia will not be required to refund to You any fees already paid.
Monthly Plan. You may terminate the Agreement for convenience at any time on fifteen (15) days advance written notice. The termination effective date will be fifteen (15) days after receipt of the written notice. If You terminate for convenience a monthly plan prior to the end of the then current Term, SherWeb shall not be required to refund You fees already paid and you will be charged the entire month in which the effective termination date occurs. For plans that are having a different billing cycle than monthly, such as a three (3) month or a six (6) month cycle, You shall be reimbursed for the unused month(s) after the termination effective date. In every case, only full months shall be reimbursed, no partial monthly fees shall be refunded.
Monthly Plan. For monthly plans, if the effective termination date occurs prior to the end of the then current Term, SherWeb shall refund or not charge You the monthly fees for the month in which Services terminate.
Monthly Plan. (a) Subject to paragraphs (d), (g) and (h), the Parties agree that each Monthly Plan shall set out quantities of Timber to be hauled by the Contractor (and, to the extent the Contractor elects pursuant to Schedule 6, by an Other Contractor) and operational instructions to be followed by the Contractor.
(b) Subject to paragraphs (d), (g) and (h), the Contractor shall perform the Services in the month in accordance with the Monthly Plan. In addition, the Contractor must not haul Timber (or arrange for Timber to be hauled by an Other Contractor pursuant to Schedule 6) in excess of the limits referred to in the Monthly Plan without first obtaining the written consent of VicForests, which consent may be given or withheld by VicForests having regard to:
(i) the requirements of and obligations to VicForests’ customers; and
(ii) VicForests’ obligations to other contractors.
(c) If VicForests grants its consent, pursuant to paragraph (b), VicForests may reduce subsequent Monthly Quantities to reflect the excess Timber hauled by the Contractor (and, to the extent relevant, by an Other Contractor pursuant to Schedule 6) in the month to which that Monthly Plan applies. If VicForests does not grant its consent then VicForests shall have no obligation to pay the Contractor any Rates in respect of any Timber hauled in excess of the limits referred to in the Monthly Plan and VicForests may reduce subsequent Monthly Quantities to reflect the excess Timber harvested by the Contractor without the grant of consent by VicForests.
(d) After providing the Contractor with a Monthly Plan, VicForests shall have the right to amend the Monthly Plan as better information becomes available in relation to Harvest Site conditions, Delivery Site conditions, information provided by the Contractor or VicForests’ customers’ requirements but subject always to paragraph (e) below. If VicForests changes the Monthly Plan, it shall provide a copy of the changed Monthly Plan to the Contractor as soon as practicable and thereafter the Contractor shall perform the Services and ensure that Services are conducted in that month in accordance with the amended Monthly Plan.
(e) Subject to clause 13, VicForests must not schedule Monthly Quantities that in aggregate are less than 80% of the Annual Supply Level for that Contract Year.
(f) VicForests shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide the Contractor with a copy of the Monthly Plan prior to the commencement of the month to which it applies. If for...

(ii) VicForests’ obligations to other contractors.
