Common use of End Users Clause in Contracts

End Users. End users accessing or otherwise using Client applications on the Hedera Network are, and will remain, subject to terms and conditions between such end users and Hedera that shall include provisions typically used in those kinds of agreements limiting the liability of Members, including provisions requiring the end users to indemnify and hold harmless Members against Losses arising from owning and operating a Node.1
