Common use of End Users Clause in Contracts

End Users. Customer is responsible for End Users’ use of Customer Resources and the Services. Customer will ensure that all End Users comply with Customer’s obligations under this Agreement and that the terms of its agreement with each End User are not inconsistent with this Agreement. If Customer becomes aware of any violation of its obligations under this Agreement by an End User, Customer will immediately suspend access to Customer Resources and the Services by such End User. Except as otherwise specified in a Schedule, Customer is responsible for providing customer service (if any) to End Users.

End Users. 6.1. Customer is shall be responsible for the acts and omissions of End Users’ Users in access to and use of Customer Resources Solution, and the Services. Customer will ensure that all End Users comply for their compliance with Customer’s obligations under this Agreement and that the terms of its agreement with each End User are not inconsistent with this Customer Agreement. If Customer becomes aware of any violation of its obligations under this Customer Agreement caused by an End User, Customer will shall immediately suspend or terminate access to Customer Resources and the Services by such End UserUser and immediately notify Company with necessary details. Except as otherwise specified in a Schedule, Customer is responsible for providing customer service (if any) Company will not provide any support or services to End UsersUsers unless otherwise agreed by Company in writing.
