Ending or Changing a Job Sharing Arrangement. The decision to approve or to terminate a job sharing arrangement is at Management’s discretion. In the event one of the job sharing participants leaves, or otherwise needs to discontinue the job sharing arrangement, and Management concludes that the needs of the position require full-time staffing, Management will make every reasonable effort to assist the remaining job sharing partner in finding another partner. The remaining participant will be given a reasonable amount of time to find another partner. If the remaining participant is required to increase their tour of duty, they will be given as much advance notice as possible, but no less than two weeks advance notice prior to increasing the tour of duty.
