Position Descriptions. 15.01 A Nurse shall have access to a copy of her or his current position descriptions.
Position Descriptions. Individual position descriptions shall be reduced to writing and delineate the duties currently assigned to an employee’s position. A dated copy of the position description shall be given to the employee upon assuming the position and when the position description is amended. The individual position description shall be subject to at least an annual review with the employee. Nothing contained herein shall compromise the right or the responsibility of the Agency to assign work consistent with the classification specification.
Position Descriptions. (a) Upon request by the employee, the Employer shall provide the position description outlining the duties and responsibilities assigned to her position.

Position Descriptions. (a) A new employee or an employee who is appointed to a new position shall receive, upon commencement in the new position, information related to his/her role and the work environment, and be provided a position description outlining the duties and responsibilities assigned to his/her position.
Position Descriptions. Upon request, an employee shall be provided with a copy of their position description that accurately describes the duties, responsibilities, goals, and performance indicators for the position at the time of the signature. Such position descriptions shall not be grievable. Each Appointing Authority shall have an internal appeal procedure to review disputes regarding the accuracy of position descriptions. Each Appointing Authority shall meet and confer with the Council prior to implementing or changing its procedure.
Position Descriptions. A. There will be a current position description on file in Human Resource Development for each position covered by the Contract. This description shall include specified skills needed and training requirements for the position.
Position Descriptions. The Company agrees to supply the President of the Union or their designate with the position descriptions for those classifications in the bargaining unit.
