ENDS. (b) An employee who takes leave pursuant to Article 18.01 is entitled to up to six (6) additional consecutive weeks of parental leave without pay if a medical practitioner certifies that, for reasons related to the birth or the termination of the pregnancy, they are unable to return to work when their leave ends under Article 18.01 or Article 18.02.
