Common use of ENERGY AND RESOURCE CONSUMPTION Clause in Contracts

ENERGY AND RESOURCE CONSUMPTION. Landlord may voluntarily cooperate in a reasonable manner with the efforts of governmental agencies and/or utility suppliers in reducing energy or other resource consumption within the Property, provided that such cooperation does not materially and adversely impact Tenant's use of the Leased Premises. Tenant shall not be entitled to terminate this Lease or to any reduction in or abatement of rent by reason of such compliance or cooperation. Tenant agrees at all times to cooperate fully with Landlord and to abide by all reasonable rules established by Landlord in order to comply with the requirements of utility suppliers and governmental agencies regulating the consumption of energy and/or other resources.

ENERGY AND RESOURCE CONSUMPTION. Landlord may voluntarily cooperate in a reasonable manner or comply with the efforts or directives of governmental agencies and/or utility suppliers in reducing energy or other resource consumption within the Property, provided that in the case of purely optional cooperation or compliance on the part of Landlord such cooperation does measures do not materially and adversely impact Tenant's use of diminish the Leased Premisesservices to be provided by Landlord under Section 5.2 above. Tenant shall not be entitled to terminate this Lease or to any reduction in or abatement of rent Rent by reason of such compliance or cooperation. Tenant agrees at all times to reasonably cooperate fully with Landlord and to abide by all reasonable rules established by Landlord (a) in order to maximize the efficient operation of the electrical, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and all other energy or other resource consumption systems with the Property, and/or (b) in order to comply with the requirements or recommendations of utility suppliers and governmental agencies regulating the consumption of energy and/or other resources.

ENERGY AND RESOURCE CONSUMPTION. Landlord may voluntarily cooperate in a reasonable manner with the efforts of governmental agencies and/or utility suppliers in reducing energy or other resource consumption within the Property, Property provided that such cooperation does shall not materially and adversely impact interfere with Tenant's ’s use of the Leased PremisesPremises for the Permitted Use. Tenant shall not be entitled to terminate this Lease or to any reduction in or abatement of rent by reason of such compliance or cooperation. Tenant agrees at all times to cooperate fully in a reasonable manner with Landlord and to abide by all commercially reasonable rules established by Landlord (i) in order to maximize the efficient operation of the electrical, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and all other energy or other resource consumption systems with the Property and/or (ii) in order to comply with the requirements and recommendations of utility suppliers and governmental agencies regulating the consumption of energy and/or other resources.
