ENFORCEABILITY IN JURISDICTION. WCI and the Shareholders intend to and hereby confer jurisdiction to enforce the Restrictive Covenants upon the courts of any jurisdiction within the geographic scope of the Restrictive Covenants. If the courts of any one or more of such jurisdictions hold the Restrictive Covenants unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, it is the intention of WCI and the Shareholders that such determination not bar or in any way affect WCI's right to the relief provided above in the courts of any other jurisdiction within the geographic scope of the Restrictive Covenants as to breaches of such covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, such covenants as they relate to each jurisdiction being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.
ENFORCEABILITY IN JURISDICTION. The Company and the Executive intend to and hereby confer jurisdiction to enforce the Restrictive Covenants upon the courts of any jurisdiction within the states or county which the Company does business. If the courts of any one or more of such jurisdictions hold the Restrictive Covenants unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, it is the intention of the Company and the Executive that such determination not bar or in any way affect the Company's right to relief provided above in the courts of any other jurisdiction within the geographical scope of the Restrictive Covenants, as to breaches of such Restrictive Covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, such Restrictive Covenants as they relate to each jurisdiction being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.

The parties intend to and hereby confer jurisdiction to enforce the Restrictive Covenants upon the courts of any jurisdiction within the geographical scope of the Restrictive Covenants. If the court of any one or more of such jurisdictions hold the Restrictive Covenants wholly unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, it is the intention of the parties that such determination not bar or in any way affect 724 Solutions, Inc.'s right to the relief provided above in the courts of any other jurisdiction within the geographical scope of the Restrictive Covenants, as to breaches of the Restrictive Covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, the Restrictive Covenants as they relate to each jurisdiction being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.

Buyer and Sellers intend to and hereby confer jurisdiction to enforce the Restrictive Covenants upon the courts of any jurisdiction within the geographic scope of the Restrictive Covenants. If the courts of any one or more of such jurisdictions hold the Restrictive Covenants unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, it is the intention of Buyer and Sellers that such determination not bar or in any way affect Buyer's right to the relief provided above in the courts of any other jurisdiction within the geographic scope of the Restrictive Covenants as to breaches of such covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, such covenants as they relate to each jurisdiction being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.

WCI, Buyer, Seller and Shareholders intend to and hereby confer jurisdiction to enforce the Restrictive Covenants upon the courts of any jurisdiction within the geographic scope of the Restrictive Covenants. If the courts of any one or more of such jurisdictions hold the Restrictive Covenants unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, it is the intention of WCI, Buyer, Seller and Shareholders that such determination not bar or in any way affect Buyer's right to the relief provided above in the courts of any other jurisdiction within the geographic scope of the Restrictive Covenants as to breaches of such covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, such covenants as they relate to each jurisdiction being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.
ENFORCEABILITY IN JURISDICTION. The Buyer and the Aligned Parties intend to and hereby confer jurisdiction to enforce the Aligned Restrictive Covenants on the courts of any jurisdiction within the geographic scope of the Aligned Restrictive Covenants. If the courts of any one or more of such jurisdictions hold the Aligned Restrictive Covenants unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, such determination shall not bar or in any way affect the Buyer’s right to the relief provided above in the courts of any other jurisdiction within the geographic scope of the Aligned Restrictive Covenants as to breaches of such covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, such covenants as they relate to each jurisdiction being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.
ENFORCEABILITY IN JURISDICTION. Employee intends to and hereby confers jurisdiction to enforce the Restrictive Covenants upon the courts of any jurisdiction within the geographic scope of such covenants. If the courts of any one or more of such jurisdictions hold the Restrictive Covenants unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, then it is the intention of Employee that such determination not bar or in any way affect the Company's or its subsidiaries', affiliates', successors' or assigns' right to the relief provided above in the courts of any other jurisdiction within the geographic scope of such covenants, as to breaches of such covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, such covenants as they relate to each jurisdiction being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.
ENFORCEABILITY IN JURISDICTION. The Buyer and Aligned Corp. and Aligned LLC intend to and hereby confer jurisdiction to enforce the Buyer Restrictive Covenants on the courts of any jurisdiction within the geographic scope of the Buyer Restrictive Covenants. If the courts of any one or more of such jurisdictions hold the Buyer Restrictive Covenants unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, such determination shall not bar or in any way affect Aligned Corp. and Aligned LLC’s right to the relief provided above in the courts of any other jurisdiction within the geographic scope of the Buyer Restrictive Covenants as to breaches of such covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, such covenants as they relate to each jurisdiction being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.

WCI and the Shareholders intend to and hereby confer jurisdiction to enforce the Restrictive Covenants upon the courts of any jurisdiction within the geographic scope of the Restrictive Covenants. If the courts of any one or more of such jurisdictions hold the Restrictive Covenants unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, it is the intention of WCI and the Shareholders that such determination not bar or in any way affect WCI's right to the relief provided above in the courts of any other jurisdiction within the geographic scope of the Restrictive Covenants as to breaches of such covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, such covenants as they relate to each jurisdiction being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants. 11.3
ENFORCEABILITY IN JURISDICTION. The Purchaser, the Seller and the Key Shareholders intend to and hereby confer jurisdiction to enforce the Restrictive Covenants upon the courts of any jurisdiction within the geographical scope of the Restrictive Covenants. If the courts of any one or more of such jurisdictions hold the Restrictive Covenants wholly unenforceable by reason of the breadth of such scope or otherwise, it is the intention of the Purchaser and each of the Seller and the Key Shareholders that such determination not bar or in any way affect the Purchaser's right to the relief provided above in the courts of any other jurisdiction within the geographical scope of such Restrictive Covenants, as to breaches of such Restrictive Covenants in such other respective jurisdictions, such Restrictive Covenants as they relate to each jurisdiction being, for this purpose, severable into diverse and independent covenants.
