Enforcement by the County. If Borrower fails to perform any obligation under this Agreement, and fails to cure the default within thirty (30) days after the County has notified Borrower in writing of the default or, if the default cannot be cured within thirty (30) days, fails to commence to cure within thirty (30) days and thereafter diligently pursue such cure and complete such cure within ninety (90) days, the County may enforce this Agreement by any or all of the following actions, or any other remedy provided by law:

  • Enforcement of Agreement The Parties hereto agree that irreparable damage would occur in the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement was not performed in accordance with its specific terms or was otherwise breached. It is accordingly agreed that the Parties shall be entitled to an injunction or injunctions to prevent breaches of this Agreement and to enforce specifically the terms and provisions hereof in any court of the United States or any state having jurisdiction, this being in addition to any other remedy to which they are entitled at law or in equity.

  • Costs of Enforcement The Corporation agrees that if the Corporation or any other Person the securities of which are purchasable upon exercise of Rights fails to fulfil any of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, then the Corporation or such Person will reimburse the holder of any Rights for the costs and expenses (including legal fees) incurred by such holder in actions to enforce his rights pursuant to any Rights or this Agreement.
