Common use of Enforcement/Severability Clause in Contracts

Enforcement/Severability. In the event that the service fee provisions of Section 5 are declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal or unenforceable, the parties agree to reopen this Section of this agreement for the purposes of implementing Modified Agency Shop provisions.
