Engagement and Consultation. 2.9.1 The Ministry and the PSA are committed to building a strategic and effective relationship, and the Ministry is committed to ongoing consultation with the PSA and its employee members. 2.9.2 To this end, the Ministry and the PSA will meet nationally, regionally or locally on a regular basis, to discuss issues of mutual interest. 2.9.3 The Ministry agrees to formally notify the PSA about any organisational review, which is likely to result in significant changes in the organisational structure, staffing or work practices affecting staff. The Relationship Engagement Agreement will be reviewed jointly following PSA National Delegate elections, which occur once every two years.
