Common use of Engagement and Dismissal Clause in Contracts

Engagement and Dismissal. (i) All employment with the exceptions of casual employees, shall be by the week and such employment may be terminated by a week’s notice given on any day by the employer or by the employee or by the payment or forfeiture of one week’s wages in lieu of notice.
