Engagement of Affiliated Entities. To engage an Affiliated Entity to render services to the Trustee, including without limitation, to act as a broker or dealer to execute transactions, (including the purchase of any securities currently distributed, underwritten or issued by an Affiliated Entity) at standard commission rates, markups or concessions and to provide other management or investment services, including the custody of assets, at such Affiliated Entity’s standard rates, and to pay for such services from the Trust Funds.
