Common use of Engagement of Services Clause in Contracts

Engagement of Services. Consultant agrees to provide consulting services to include, among other things, research and clinical development activities of the Company and other services upon request of the CEO (“Executive”) or Board of Directors of the Client. Consultant agrees to exercise the highest degree of professionalism and utilize his expertise and creative talents in performing these services. Consultant agrees to make himself available to perform such consulting services throughout the Consulting Period, and to be reasonably available to meet with the Client at its offices or otherwise.

Engagement of Services. Consultant agrees to provide consulting services as an advisor to include, among other things, research and clinical development activities of the Company and other services upon at the request of the CEO President and Chief Executive Officer, or his or her designee (the “Executive”) or Board of Directors of the Client. Consultant agrees to exercise the highest degree of professionalism and utilize his expertise and creative talents in performing these services. Consultant agrees to make himself reasonably available to perform such consulting services throughout the Consulting PeriodPeriod (as defined in Section 14.1), and to be reasonably available to meet with the Client at its offices or otherwiseClient. The parties acknowledge that Consultant may maintain a full-time employment schedule while providing services hereunder.

Engagement of Services. Consultant agrees to provide consulting services to includeCompany as described in each Schedule A hereto (collectively, among other things, research and clinical development activities of the Company and other services upon request of the CEO (“ExecutiveServices”) or Board during the Term (as defined herein) of Directors of the Clientthis Agreement. Consultant agrees may not subcontract or otherwise delegate his obligations under this Agreement without Company’s prior written consent, whether to exercise the highest degree of professionalism and utilize his expertise and creative talents in performing these servicesRepresentatives (as defined herein) or otherwise. Consultant agrees to make himself available to perform shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing such consulting services throughout the Consulting PeriodServices, and to be reasonably available to meet as well as with the Client at its offices or otherwiseany applicable policies of Company.

Engagement of Services. Consultant agrees to provide the following consulting services to include, among the Client: transitioning his prior employment duties to other things, research and clinical development activities of the Company Client employees and other advisory services upon reasonable request of the CEO (“Executive”) Chief Executive Officer or Chair of the Board of Directors of the Client. Consultant agrees to exercise the highest degree of professionalism and utilize his expertise and creative talents in performing these services. Consultant agrees to make himself available to perform such consulting services throughout the Consulting Period, and to be reasonably available to meet with the Client at its offices or otherwise.

Engagement of Services. From time to time during the Consulting Period, Client may request that Consultant agrees to provide certain consulting services to include, among other things, research and clinical development activities of the Company and other services. To the extent such request is accepted by Consultant, Consultant shall provide such services upon request of the CEO (“Executive”) or Board of Directors of the Client. Consultant agrees to and, in accordance therewith, shall exercise the highest degree of professionalism and utilize his expertise and creative talents in performing these services. Consultant agrees to shall make himself available to perform such consulting services throughout the Consulting Period, Period and to shall be reasonably available to meet with the Client at its offices or otherwise.

Engagement of Services. Consultant agrees to provide consulting services as an advisor to include, among other things, research and clinical development activities the Client at the request of either the General Counsel or Chief Accounting Officer (“Executive(s)”) of the Company and other services upon request of Client (the CEO (“ExecutiveServices”) or Board of Directors of the Client). Consultant agrees to exercise the highest degree of professionalism and utilize his her expertise and creative talents in performing these servicesServices. Client agrees not to request more than ten (10) hours of Services a week, and Consultant agrees that she will not communicate (electronically or by phone) with Client’s employees, investors or agents regarding such Services unless explicitly authorized in advance by Consultant’s General Counsel in email communication. Consultant agrees to make himself herself available to perform such consulting services throughout the Consulting PeriodPeriod (as defined below), and to be reasonably available to meet with the Client at its offices or otherwise.. ​

Consultant agrees to exercise the highest degree of professionalism and utilize his his/her expertise and creative talents in performing these services. Consultant agrees to make himself him/herself available to perform such consulting services throughout the Consulting Period, and to be reasonably available to meet with the Client at its offices or otherwise.

Consultant agrees to provide consulting services as an advisor to include, among other things, research and clinical development activities of the Company and other services upon at the request of the CEO President and Chief Executive Officer, or his or her designee (the “Executive”) or Board of Directors of the Client. Consultant agrees to make himself reasonably available (as described in Section 2) to perform such consulting services throughout the Consulting PeriodPeriod (as defined in Section 14.1), and to be reasonably available to meet with the Client at its offices or otherwiseClient.

Consultant agrees to provide consulting services to include, among other things, research and clinical development activities of the Company strategic business advice, assistance with executive transitions and other services upon request of the CEO Chief Executive Officer (“Executive”) or Board of Directors of the Client. Consultant agrees to exercise the highest degree of professionalism and utilize his her expertise and creative talents in performing these services. Consultant agrees to make himself herself available to perform such consulting services throughout the Consulting Period, up to 20 hours per week throughout the Consulting Period, and to be reasonably available to meet with the Client at its offices or otherwise.

Engagement of Services. Consultant agrees to provide consulting services to include, among other things, research and clinical development activities of the Company and other services upon request of the CEO (“Executive”) or Board of Directors of the Client. Consultant agrees to exercise the highest degree of professionalism and utilize his expertise and creative talents in performing these services. Consultant agrees to make himself available to perform such consulting services throughout the Consulting Period throughout the Consulting Period, and to be reasonably available to meet with the Client at its offices or otherwise.

Engagement of Services. Consultant agrees to provide consulting services to include, among other things, research and clinical development activities : participating in Client meetings as requested by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company Client (the “CEO” or the “Executive”) and other services upon request of the CEO (“Executive”) or Board of Directors of the ClientCEO. Consultant agrees to exercise the highest degree of professionalism and utilize his expertise and creative talents in performing these services. Consultant agrees to make himself available to perform such consulting services throughout the Consulting Period, which shall include a maximum twenty (20) hours per month throughout the Consulting Period, and to be reasonably available to meet with the Client at its offices or otherwise.
