Compliance with Export and Other Laws. Customer acknowledges that items provided hereunder are of United States origin, are provided subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, and may be subject to other applicable national and international laws. Diversion or distribution contrary to applicable export control laws is prohibited. Customer represents that (1) it is not, and is not acting on behalf of, (a) any person who is a citizen, national, or resident of, or who is controlled by the government of any country to which the United States has prohibited export transactions, or (b) any person or entity listed on the U.S. Treasury Department list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Denied Persons List or Denied Entity List; and (2) it will not permit items delivered under this Agreement to be used for any purposes prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, any prohibited development, design, manufacture, or production of missiles or nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons. Additionally, each of the parties agrees that it will not engage in any illegal, unfair, deceptive, or unethical business practices whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any act that would constitute a violation of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Compliance with Export and Other Laws. Customer understands that the Supported Software is, and certain of the Deliverables may be, subject to United States export controls administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the United States Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Supported Software and the Deliverables shall not be used, transferred or otherwise exported or re-exported to countries as to which the United States, maintains an embargo (collectively, "Embargoed Countries"), or to or by a national or resident thereof, or any person or entity on the U.S. Department of Treasury's List of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce's Entity List, Denied Persons List, or Unverified List, or the U.S. Department of State’s Nonproliferation Sanctions list (collectively, "Designated Nationals"). The lists of Embargoed Countries and Designated Nationals are subject to change without notice. By using the Supported Software or the Deliverables, Customer represents and warrants that Customer is not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of an Embargoed Country or Designated National. Customer agrees to comply strictly with all U.S. export laws and assume sole responsibility for obtaining United States government export licenses to export or re-export as may be required. Customer will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mirantis and its suppliers and licensors from and against any violation of such laws or regulations by Customer or any of its agents, officers, directors or employees. Additionally, each of the parties agrees that it will not engage in any illegal, unfair, deceptive, or unethical business practices whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any act that would constitute a violation of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Compliance with Export and Other Laws. Each party to this Agreement hereby covenants to comply with, and the performance of the terms of this Agreement will be subject to, all applicable treaties, laws, statutes, rules and regulations of any federal, state or local governmental entity or instrumentality, including without limitation, the provisions of the U.S. Export Administration Act of 1969, as amended.
Compliance with Export and Other Laws. The Products, Services and all ------------------------------------- related rights, technical data and information are subject to export controls imposed by the U.S. Government and other countries. Licensee will not transmit any Products or information relating to Products or Services outside the United States of America, or to any person or entity prohibited by the U.S. Government, whether by name, by citizenship, residency or otherwise, and will comply with all applicable export control restrictions. Each party, at its expense, will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, codes and ordinances. Neither party will be bound by any provision of this Agreement to the extent, but only to the extent, that it violates applicable law.

Licensee agrees to comply with all such laws and regulations at all times and not to use, copy, export or distribute any copy of the Software or Documentation other than in full compliance with such laws and regulations. Licensee agrees to comply at all times with all other applicable laws and regulations in Licensee's exercise of its rights hereunder with respect to the Software and Documentation.

TS shall not export, ship, transmit or re-export any part of the Software or Documentation in violation of any applicable law or regulation including, without limitation, the Export Administration Act of 1979 or the Export Administration Regulations issued by the United States Department of Commerce.
Compliance with Export and Other Laws the Distributor shall comply with all applicable United States laws and regulations relating to exportation of the products and with all Applicable foreign laws and regulations relating to the Products and to this Agreement.
