Common use of Engagement of Services Clause in Contracts

Engagement of Services. Consultant agrees to provide consulting services as an advisor to the Company at the request of the President and Chief Executive Officer, or his or her designee (the “Executive”) of the Client. Consultant agrees to exercise the highest degree of professionalism and utilize his expertise and creative talents in performing these services.
