Common use of ENGINEER TO DECIDE Clause in Contracts

ENGINEER TO DECIDE. All work under this contract shall be done in a manner acceptable to the Engineer, who shall determine the amount, quality, acceptability and fitness of the several kinds of work and material which are to be paid for hereunder, and shall decide all questions which may arise as to measurements of quantities and the fulfillment of the conditions of this contract on the part of the Contractor.
