SUB-HEADINGS. The paragraph headings are inserted in these provisions and the following specifications for convenience only and shall not be considered as interpreting or limiting the application of paragraphs.

SUB-HEADINGS. The sub-headings used in this Agreement are to be used for convenience only. They are not intended as a legal definition.
SUB-HEADINGS. The articles and paragraph headings in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not affect in any way the meanings and interpretations of this Agreement.
SUB-HEADINGS. All subheadings in this Agreement are written for the convenience of locating individual provisions. If questions arise as to the meanings of individual provisions, the Parties shall follow the text of each provision.
SUB-HEADINGS. Sub-Headings or headers within the content of a page are to be set as Heading 1 or Heading 2 The use of sub-headings is strongly encouraged. They both increase the readability of the page and increase the likelihood of a page being returned from a search. Both the Capital Health’s website search engine and commercial search engines (Google) rely on sub-heading and headers when determining which pages are display first when searching. Only use punctuation if complete sentences are used. Make the first letter upper case. Do not use numbered or lettered lists. Text separated by three or more commas should be a bulleted list. Web pages may include links to external web sites that are relevant to the web pages and consistent with the mission, vision and values of Capital Health. Contributors are responsible for testing the validity of their site links. Marketing & Communications and the web team have the authority to reject any links to external web sites that do not reflect the mission, vision or values of Capital Health. Do not link to personal web pages. Links can be listed alphabetically in a bulleted list for clarity. Link descriptions are not to exceed one line. Repurposed content means having one piece of content display in more than one place or site. Only the owner of the content has control to change or remove the content. Repurposed content will also automatically be removed or changed. To add or remove the repurposed content, contact the content owner or web team. Site owners who fail to adhere to the web content maintenance will receive email notice to rectify the issues. Failure to take appropriate action will result in the site content being removed from view Departments will maintain and update content at intervals appropriate to the nature of the content. Web content is to be reviewed in its entirety for accuracy, relevancy, appropriateness and currency. All sites must be reviewed every six months. Web team staff will review the Capital Health websites to ensure they meet with Capital Health standards. Content is the responsibility of the content contributor. New content requires approval of the department director or delegate. Web pages with no identifiable stakeholder may be deemed abandoned and removed from the web site. Appropriate notification will be given to the content owner and/or director. Content owners are responsible for finding a replacement if they are no longer able to maintain their website.
