Engineering and Planning Support. The Contractor shall provide licensed engineering and planning support services for the region. The Contractor shall provide engineering and technical services such as site surveys, technical drawings, and engineering investigations. The Contractor shall prepare Work scope papers, cost estimates, schedules, and design specifications and drawings for Facility Modifications, and other Work as requested.
