ENGINEER’S SEAL. The Engineer shall assign a responsible engineer or engineers licensed to practice in the State of Texas, who shall sign, seal and date all appropriate engineering submissions to the Owner in accordance with the Texas Engineering Practice Act and the Rules of the Stare Board of Registration for Professional Engineers.
ENGINEER’S SEAL. The ENGINEER’S engineer and/or surveyor shall place his professional seal of endorsement and signature on all the documents, survey information and engineering data furnished to the OWNER when such is required by the Level or Type of Service defined by this contract and additionally, as may be required by State Law.
ENGINEER’S SEAL. 16.1. The Engineer shall place the seal of a registered Texas Professional Engineer as endorsement on all documents and engineering data furnished by the Engineer to the Sponsor when such seal is required under Texas law.
