Engineering Data. All engineering data, design information and engineering and shop drawings used in the completion of this order are and shall remain Seller's property. Buyer shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or communicate to any third party such data without the prior, written permission of a properly authorized representative of Seller.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Purchaser shall distribute product data on operation, safety and maintenance information to the end user.

Engineering Data. The furnishing of engineering data by the Contractor shall be in accordance with the Schedule as specified in the technical specifications. The review of these data by the Engineer will cover only general conformance of the data to the specifications and documents. This review and/or approval by the Engineer shall not be construed by the Contractor, as limiting any of his responsibilities and liabilities for mistakes and deviations from the requirements specified under these specifications and documents.
Engineering Data. Copies of all available Maps, charts and ---------------- other engineering data and documentation pertaining to specified sections and the physical condition of any Right of Way needed for any Segment, including, without limitation, the nature and location of all improvements and Facilities thereon, and all relevant engineering data and plans related thereto;

Engineering Data. For all applicable engineering documents, dimensioning and tolerances shall be IAW ASME Y14.5M-2009 or equivalent. Electrical characteristics and performance parameters of parts, modules, assemblies, and units shall be expressed as numerical values with tolerances specifying upper and lower (or maximum and minimum) limits. Drawings and all drawing associated files shall not contain any copyright or proprietary markings and shall be in CAD format as agreed to by the IPT, PRO/Engineer preferred. Specifications shall be compatible with Microsoft Office products as agreed to by the IPT.
Engineering Data. The proposal, drawings and/or specifications of any quotation are confidential engineering data, and represent SYSTEMS & SPACE, INC.’S investment in engineering skill and development, and remain the property of SYSTEMS & SPACE, INC. Such are submitted with the understanding that the information will not be disclosed or used in any manner detrimental to SYSTEMS & SPACE, INC. All specifications and dimensions of proposal, drawings are approximate, and are subject to changes during detailed engineering.
Engineering Data. Purchaser shall provide Contractor all applicable Engineering data available to Purchaser relative to the Construction Site, such as topographical maps, land surveys, details, dimensions, geotechnical reports, and locations of importance which might influence Contractor's design or construction, Attachment B – by reference (see plot plan received 9-9-05 from Beard Technologies, Inc.).

The preliminary design and specifications of any quotation is proprietary and confidential information and represents significant investment on behalf of Seller involving engineering and design skill. Buyer shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or communicate to any third party such data without the prior, written permission of a properly authorized representative of Seller. All specifications and dimensions provided in Seller’s quotation to Buyer are approximate and subject to changes during detailed engineering. It shall be the Buyer’s responsibility to field check all dimensions on approval drawings supplied by Seller, to ensure there are no interferences with existing structures or equipment. Buyer shall be responsible for final approval and acceptance of all engineering data. Buyer shall be responsible for determining that the physical layout, clearances, component locations (such as rails, stairs, gates, pumps, etc.), loadings, electrical voltage and phases, bracing attachment points, and load patterns shown in submittals are all correct and that all obstructions are included on documents provided by Buyer to Seller and incorporated in any drawings finally approved by Buyer. Buyer shall distribute product data on operation, safety and maintenance information to the end user.
