English Communication. Every employee of the Contractor who is expected to regularly communicate with members of the public or with Authority staff shall be able to communicate verbally and in writing in clearly understandable English.

Union Communication In the event of a violation of the no-strike provision, the Union will: • Publicly disavow such action by the Bargaining Unit Employees; • Notify the Bargaining Unit Employees of its disapproval of such action and instruct such Bargaining Unit Employees to cease such action and return to work immediately; and • Post notices on Union bulletin boards advising that it disapproves of such action and instructing Bargaining Unit Employees to return to work immediately.

In relation to communications other than legal notices under this Agreement, each party may communicate with and provide information to the other party in whatever medium deemed appropriate. This may include the use of e-mail, the internet or other electronic means, in the place of paper communications.
