Employees and Staffing. The Contractor shall employ professional, qualified, and well-trained staff, supervisors, attendants, cashiers, tow truck personnel, maintenance personnel, clerks, and others to ensure a high standard of service in performing the Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. The Contractor shall develop, implement, and maintain a salary/wage structure by job category.

Employees and Staffing. 1. The Restaurant, during all operating hours, shall be under the direct, personal supervision of at least one Certified Manager at all times. If Licensee is short of the requirements for a Certified Manager, Licensee shall have up to thirty (30) days to qualify a Certified Manager with Licensor. Licensee shall pay Licensor its then-current training rates as set forth in the Confidential Materials, with such aggregate training fee not to exceed five AIRPORT LICENSE AGREEMENT – XXXXXXXXX JWA 13 601382481 4830-2211-9850v.4 0105446-000001 thousand dollars ($5,000.00) per employee. During the period Licensee is without a qualified Certified Manager, Licensor may, at its option and election, provide Licensee with a Certified Manager. Licensee shall pay Licensor its then-current hourly and/or daily rates, as applicable, as well as any reasonable incidental expenses for the services of the interim Manager.
Employees and Staffing. (a) Xxxxxx is the current chief executive officer of Manager (the “CEO”). Manager shall cause the Project Team to perform the Manager Services and to dedicate all of their normal working hours to the Project (except for certain individuals who will primarily be performing the Manager Services but may also spend time on other matters for Manager, and whose compensation is allocated proportionately as part of the Project Team Budget Approved by Owner). The general manager must have demonstrated superior skills in communication, issues identification, pro‐active learning and problem‐solving. Operator shall utilize only competent personnel under the supervision of, and in the employment of, Operator (or Operator’s authorized subcontractors) to perform any Concessions or Catering Services. Operator will comply with War Memorial’s reasonable requests regarding assignment and/or removal of personnel, but all personnel, including those assigned at War Memorial’s request, must be supervised by Operator.

Party agrees to ensure that all of its subcontractors or sub-grantees also remain in legal compliance as to the appropriate classification of “workers” and “independent contractors” relating to unemployment compensation insurance and workers compensation coverage, and proper payment and reporting of wages. Party will on request provide to the Agency of Human Services information pertaining to the classification of its employees to include the basis for the classification. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in termination of this Agreement.
