Common use of Enhanced Compensation Clause in Contracts

Enhanced Compensation. The District and the Association agree to comply with NRS 288 as mandated by Assembly Bill (AB) AB2, or any other legislation requiring negotiation. The respective parties shall provide no less than thirty (30) days notice prior to commencing negotiations; unless, the Department of Education or any other governing body outside the District fails to provide all things necessary for negotiations to begin with adequate notice.
