Common use of ENHANCED MEASURES Clause in Contracts

ENHANCED MEASURES. Permittee will timely and promptly comply with any orders and directives (“Enhanced Measures”) related to the health and safety of airport users that may be instituted, in any form (directives, Executive Orders, St. Louis County orders, ordinances, etc.). Examples of Enhanced Measures include, but are not necessarily limited to: 1. Enhanced security procedures. Permittee acknowledges that it will comply with any enhanced security procedures instituted by the Transportation Security Administration, the FAA, and / or other state and local officials. Examples of these enhances procedures include, but are not necessarily limited to, employee screening procedures, security badging changes, and access control adjustments;
