Common use of Enrolled Patient Clause in Contracts

Enrolled Patient. An “Enrolled Patient” means a Client’s patient, such patient’s family, healthcare providers and other third parties authorized by Client to use the Application for such Enrolled Patient’s benefit. An Enrolled Patient is not a party to this Agreement and may use this Application solely under the management of an Authorized User.
