WORK NOTIFICATIONS Purchaser shall notify the Contract Administrator a minimum of 3 business days before work begins.
Employee Notification A copy of any disciplinary action or material related to employee performance which is placed in the personnel file shall be provided to the employee (the employee so noting receipt, or the supervisor noting employee refusal to acknowledge receipt) or sent by certified mail (return receipt requested) to the employee's last address appearing on the Employer's records.
Privacy Notification (1) The authority to request the above personal information from a seller of goods or services or a lessor of real or personal property, and the authority to maintain such information, is found in Section 5 of the State Tax Law. Disclosure of this information by the seller or lessor to the State is mandatory. The principal purpose for which the information is collected is to enable the State to identify individuals, businesses and others who have been delinquent in filing tax returns or may have understated their tax liabilities and to generally identify persons affected by the taxes administered by the Commissioner of Taxation and Finance. The information will be used for tax administration purposes and for any other purpose authorized by law. (2) The personal information is requested by the purchasing unit of the agency contracting to purchase the goods or services or lease the real or personal property covered by this contract or lease. REPORTING - NOTIFICATION Reports, Evaluations, and Reviews required under this §8 shall be in accordance with the procedures of and in such form as prescribed by the State and in accordance with §19, if applicable.
Public Notification BellSouth will maintain on its Interconnection Services website a notification document that will indicate all Central Offices that are without available space. BellSouth shall update such document within ten (10) calendar days (in Mississippi, 10 business days) of the Denial of Application due to Space Exhaust. BellSouth will also post a document on its Interconnection Services website that contains a general notice where space has become available in a Central Office previously on the space exhaust list. BellSouth shall allocate said available space pursuant to the waiting list referenced in Section 2.5.
Sick Leave Notification Employees must contact their supervisor or assistant manager one (1) hour prior to the start of their assigned shift at the designated contact number to be placed on the sick board. Employees wishing to return to work must notify their supervisor or assistant manager before 4:00pm of the day before desiring to return to work.
TELEPHONE NOTIFICATION CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR by 29 telephone immediately upon becoming aware of the death due to non-terminal illness of any person 30 served pursuant to this Agreement; provided, however, weekends and holidays shall not be included for 31 purposes of computing the time within which to give telephone notice and, notwithstanding the time 32 limit herein specified, notice need only be given during normal business hours.
Control Area Notification At least three months before Initial Synchronization Date, Interconnection Customer shall notify Distribution Provider in writing of the Control Area in which the Generating Facility will be located. If Interconnection Customer elects to locate the Generating Facility in a Control Area other than the Control Area in which the Generating Facility is physically located, and if permitted to do so by the relevant transmission tariffs, all necessary arrangements, including but not limited to those set forth in Article 7 and Article 8 of this GIA, and remote Control Area generator interchange agreements, if applicable, and the appropriate measures under such agreements, shall be executed and implemented prior to the placement of the Generating Facility in the other Control Area.
Accident Notification If in the course of completing work as part of this Agreement there is an accident that involves the public, CONTRACTOR shall as soon as possible inform the COUNTY of the incident by telephone. CONTRACTOR shall follow up in writing within two (2) business days of the incident. If Law Enforcement was involved and has written a report, CONTRACTOR shall forward a copy of the report to the COUNTY.
Written Notification Failing settlement at this level, the Union shall in writing notify the Employer of the alleged discrepancy and the names of the employees involved, and the period of time that such discrepancy is claimed to cover. Upon receipt of such written notice, the Employer agrees to promptly furnish the representative of the Union wage data pertaining to the alleged wage discrepancy.
