Enrolling Counsel Declaration. The Claim Form for a Claimant who is represented by counsel must be submitted by its Enrolling Counsel who must have submitted an Enrolling Counsel Declaration in the form of Exhibit F. Enrolling Counsel representing multiple Claimants may submit a single Enrolling Counsel Declaration. For the avoidance of doubt, references herein to Claim Forms submitted “by” a Claimant will be deemed to include Claims Forms submitted on behalf of such Claimant by Enrolling Counsel.

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines.
