Enrollment Census. Pursuant to § 38-1802.04(c)(12) of the Act, the School Corporation shall provide to OSSE student enrollment data required by OSSE to comply with § 38-204 of the District of Columbia Code. Such report shall be in the format required by OSSE for similar reports from District of Columbia Public Schools, and all counts of students shall be conducted in a manner comparable to that required by OSSE for enrollment counts by District of Columbia Public Schools.
