Common use of Enrollment Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Enrollment Guidelines. a) The LDSS may employ a variety of methods and programs for enrollment of Eligible Persons including, but not limited to enrollment assisted by the Contractor, enrollment assisted by an Enrollment Broker, enrollment by LDSS, or a combination of such. The policies and procedural guidelines which will be used for enrollment are set forth in Appendix H, which is hereby made a part of this Agreement as if set forth fully herein.
